Let´s welcome TIEMPO DE SETAS at D.O.MAR Marbella

Last October 23th we inaugurated “Tiempo de Setas” a gastronomic days full of flavor dedicated to one of the most precious fruits of autumn: the mushrooms.

Para ello pudimos contar con la presencia del “Premio Nacional al Mejor Jefe de Cocina” Oscar Velasco  que presentó un completo menú en el que se pudieron degustar seis platos elaborados con amplia variedad de setas. Esta exquisita muestra se acompañó de una cuidada selección de vinos que junto al fantástico entorno de D.O.Mar y sus espectaculares vistas al mar, hicieron de esta velada un encuentro único.

We could count on the presence of the “National Award for Best Chef” Oscar Velasco that presented a complete menu in which six dishes made with a wide variety of mushrooms could be tasted. This exquisite sample was accompanied by a careful selection of wines that within the fantastic surroundings of D.O.Mar and its spectacular views of the sea, made this evening a unique encounter.
